Every garment is carefully designed, inspected, and packaged before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping across India on all prepaid orders. Once an order is confirmed, our team begins processing and preparing the garment for dispatch. Since many of our products involve detailed craftsmanship and finishing, processing timelines may vary depending on the product selected and current order volume.
Typically, orders are dispatched within 7–15 business days, and delivery within India generally takes an additional 3–7 business days after dispatch. Customers will receive shipment tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once the order has been shipped.
International Shipping
We proudly deliver our collections worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and order value.
Please note:
- International shipping charges are not included in the product price.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local government charges must be borne by the customer.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance procedures and local courier services.
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays caused by weather conditions, customs inspections, public holidays, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the exclusive nature of our garments and the attention given to each order, all purchases made through NM Design Studio are considered final. We encourage customers to carefully review product details, size information, and order specifications before completing their purchase.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect size selection by the customer.
- Color variation due to screen display differences.
- Event cancellations or changes in personal requirements.
- Requests received after the specified reporting period.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify our team within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photographs along with your order details.
Upon verification, we will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution which may include:
- Product replacement.
- Exchange for the same item.
- Store credit where applicable.
Any item submitted for review must remain unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Custom Fit Orders
NM Design Studio offers custom fit options for selected products. As these garments are specially created according to measurements provided by the customer, they are considered personalized products.
For this reason:
- Custom Fit orders cannot be returned.
- Custom Fit orders cannot be exchanged.
- Custom Fit orders are not eligible for refunds.
Customers are requested to ensure that all measurements submitted during the ordering process are accurate.
Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not offered once an order has been confirmed. However, refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances where:
- NM Design Studio is unable to fulfill an order.
- A verified manufacturing defect cannot be resolved through replacement.
- A payment has been processed multiple times due to a technical error.
Where approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within the applicable banking timelines.
